Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Planet Eden. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm Mountain time through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

​

Shipping rates and delivery estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

(1–7 business days) We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier outside of what was selected at checkout, we select the best carrier for shipping times. 

 

*Free shipping on orders of $15 or more.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Planet Eden ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

  1. Alert us at support@myplaneteden.com

  2. If USPS was used you will need to have USPS do a GPS trace search to be sure it was delivered to your mailbox/door, if it was delivered incorrectly USPS may be able to assist you.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Planet Eden is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Planet Eden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take pictures for the carrier.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to many Countries outside the US. We reserve the right to select what shipping carrier is best for your shipment, we may use USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL depending upon location and costs. Selecting a certain carrier does not guarantee we will use this carrier to ship your items.

All orders are shipped directly from the United States. Based on your region, you may be subject to additional customs, duties, and taxes. The subtotal of your order, as displayed at checkout, does not include any international fees. The carrier will inform you of any additional customs, duties, and taxes.

A refusal to pay or accept an international shipment will incur the shipment charge not being refunded back to you. All international shipping fees are NOT refundable. 

 

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to the U.S., a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you’re still unsure of whether you’ll be subject to international fees, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

International Missing or Lost items:

If your item has failed to arrive to your address after 30 Days it is likely lost in transit. Planet Eden is not responsible for lost/missing/ or stolen packages to International destinations. Please contact the carrier for claim information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Planet Eden will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
